List of Presentations Sex! and Your Brain Why are girls so clingy after sex? Is there such a thing as a marriage that lasts? Is sex just something we do with our bodies or is it something more? Learn how the neurochemicals in your brain function together during sex, how and why we bond with our mates, and the true meaning of "safe sex". Find out how to "train your brain" to pursue those activities and relationships that are the most fulfilling and beneficial to you and your future family. This class is taught by a medically trained, PA-C and assisted by either a staff member or a volunteer. Wait for Sex!? Why? What are the steps of physical intimacy? What are the benefits of waiting for sex? What is love and how can I tell a healthy relationship from an unhealthy one? Who is having the best sex? Singles? Married people? Cohabitating couples? Divorcees? If I choose to wait, am I missing out on something special? Am I really able to save sex for marriage? If so, how? What kinds of activities can we do to get to know one another without sex? What if I've already had sex? Have I blown it? This is the Christian version of the above presentation, including all of the above as well as discussion about how we are made in God's image and how our sexuality reflects this identity. Scripture is incorporated to teach God's design for sex within marriage, our identities in Christ, our need to resist temptation and God's grace in forgiving us when we mess up, as well as His willingness to help us make wiser choices in the future.
